Feel strong.
Move with purpose.
Prepare for birth with confidence.
Vibrantly You
Pregnancy is personal.
But here’s what no one talks about enough:
The way you train during pregnancy will either support your pregnancy and birth… or make it harder.
®
Not because pregnancy is fragile or your body is weak
But because most “safe” prenatal fitness plans are generic.
And a generic program doesn't and can't account for allllll the nuance.
Those generic programs can't watch and assess your movement.
They can't dig deeper to see where you're overcompensating and where the pain is originating.
They often don't address YOUR pelvic pressure or leaking.
And they definitely don't teach you how your strength training connects to birth mechanics.
You deserve better than “just stay active.”
You deserve a strategy that works with your body.
That’s where Vibrantly You Coaching comes in.
This is where strength training meets birth preparation 🫱🏼🫲🏽
Where movement becomes intentional.
Most importantly it's where you stop guessing....and start training with purpose.
You’re not just working out in pregnancy “to stay fit.”
You’re terrified of doing the wrong thing.
"I was a bit nervous about holding myself accountable since it was all virtual but Meg was more motivating, personal, and present than an in-person trainer. I was able to message her my questions at anytime and she thoroughly answered every time. She also gave me many external resources to educate myself as well! I will 100% be working with her postpartum & likely all my future pregnancies!! Feeling capable, prepared, and supported was crucial for me and I just feel incredibly lucky I stumbled upon Meg!

Some days you feel motivated.
But more often than not, you're feeling overwhelmed.
You know deep down that trying to figure this out on your own isn't working. And you also know the longer you wait, the harder it's going to get.
I'm going to hold your hand when I say this - you don't need more information and endless tips.
You need a plan that meets you where you're at.
You want to reduce pelvic, SI joint, or low back pain
You want to feel strong at 36+ weeks, not barely getting by.
You care about preparing your body for both medicated AND unmedicated birth.
You thrive with accountability.
You want someone who understands pregnancy from both a fitness AND birth perspective.
You want customized support — not a follow-along template.
What makes this different?
I am not just a personal trainer.
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist, Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a Certified Birth Doula.
That means I understand progressive overload, pelvic mechanics, labor positioning, and the real physical demands of labor and motherhood.
TLDR?
I understand how it all connects.
You want a quick fix.
You don’t want to be coached or corrected.
You’re looking for passive support without real implementation.
You’re not ready to invest in doing this well.
You're not willing to film yourself exercising
Core and Pelvic Floor Coordination
inside Vibrantly You® Coaching, everything is built around my signature approach:
Strength & Stamina Under Load
Mobility for Positioning
Having a healthy pelvic floor requires the muscles to both fully contract and lengthen. But most programs completely skip over it or just focus on tightening (kegels anyone?). We work on breath mechanics, pressure management, and proper function so we get any leaking and pain under control, and you know exactly how to push
Labor is not a 30-minute workout (sadly). It’s endurance, isometric holds, and repeated effort while fatigued. We build progressive strength safely throughout pregnancy to build capactiy so you can hold positions as long as you need to and keep going even when your body wants to give up.
Birth is dynamic. We're not just stretching to relax. We are mobilizing joints, practicing different planes of motion, and making sure the body can move in all the ways it needs to in order to assist the labor process.
60 minute 1:1 video call where we get clear on how your body is currently moving, what you want the rest of your pregnancy to feel like, and your goals for birth & postpartum
Fully customized online prenatal fitness program with ongoing program adjustments
Weekly video-based form checks and feedback so you're never guessing
Unlimited text and voice memo access for real-time support, questions, and guidance
Weekly and monthly check-ins for accountability
Birth prep education grounded in pelvic mechanics and labor physiology
Optional transition into postpartum support
This is hands-on, high-level support. No templates
Not letting you figure it out on you're own.
I'm in it with you every step of the way.
What Happens Next...
After you submit your application, I will review and get back to you in 24-48 hours to set up a call. This allows us to talk face to face, feel out the vibes.
We will also talk through your current symptoms, your birth goals, what I recommend specifically for your body, and next steps if this feels like the right fit!
“Megan’s workouts—specifically curated for me and my issues truly made the biggest difference in my overall life. She watched each video I sent her and carefully analyzed and helped me work through positional breathing errors, etc. That was what blew me away especially since we did these workouts just over video. She was so thorough."
— Hannah, prenatal client and mom of four
Meet Megan!
Hi, I'm Megan! I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist, Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist AND a Birth Doula! Basically, I have a lot of experience and knowledge and I am confident that I can help you have an incredible pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience. I think it's also important to note that I'm a mom too! I know that this shit is hard. I'm never the kind of coach to make you feel bad for skipping a workout when you're tired because I GET IT. My job is to hear you and support you. Because frankly, moms need more of that!
But the truth is, your pregnancy is progressing and you're going to give birth.
That's happening.
The question is whether or not you're going to guess your way through the rest of this, or if you're going to intentionally prepare and build trust and confidence in your body.
You don’t need to “be more fit” or “less overwhelmed” or have a perfectly clear vision for your birth.
You just have to be willing to take this first step, and I’ll walk with you from there.
If you're looking for someone who will listen to you, guide you with real expertise, and support you like a trusted friend… you're in the right place.
You got this. And I’ve got you.
"After our initial call I knew I immediately had to sign up for this program. Before I met Megan, I told myself throughout my pregnancy I was going to workout, but there were so many mixed messages online on what you can and can’t do while pregnant so I went stagnant and stopped. Then I found Megan 3 months before my due date. She customized my workouts all the way up until the week before I was induced. My labor was not the easiest, but Megan helped give me the tools to feel confident the entire time. She was constantly in contact with me, but it was never too much. She helped push me and motivate me throughout my pregnancy. I had a c-section and I truly believe I have had an easier recovery because of the things we worked on pre-labor.
