So you go home, you try to workout - and everything is just DIFFERENT. 


Jumping back into working out is hard and overwhelming - and it can be really discouraging!

Your body just did something INCREDIBLE. It grew a baby for 9 months and birthed it. YOU DID THAT!! Give yourself a pat on the back! (right now - I mean it)
