I've been where you're at, and I know how frustrating it can be to not know where to start when it comes to postpartum fitness. So I put together this guide -  just for you!

I am sharing the 4 most important things to pay attention to, not only when working out, but in your daily day-to-day activities. I also give you some general do's and don't of postpartum fitness, and even give you a little pep talk because having a new body postpartum can be really tough! And I totally validate that.
